We invite you to a family-style gathering showcasing coastal-Indian flavors, highlighted by the bounty of local farms and farmers, led by Chef Sahil Singh
Multi-course vegetarian dinner with an included beverage pairing. (A non-alcoholic pairing is available upon request.)
A meat add-on/protein option will be available

About Sahil...
BIO
Originally from Mumbai, India, where he spent his childhood, his earliest gastronomic memories include those of the melting pot that is Mumbai street-food. He fuses this passion of global cuisine and his classical French training to conceptalize his cuisine. After spending numerous years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he found his home in Chicago, where he graduated from Kendall College.
He has worked at restaurants of high acclaim including Veerasway where his efforts leading the team as Executive Sous-chef were rewarded a Michelin Bib-Gourmand, Hot Chocolate under James Beard award winner Mindy Segal, Roister a 1 Michelin star concept by chef Grant Achatz, and Superkhana International; another James Beard nominated and Michelin bib-gourmand winning restaurant.
After his fine dining experience, he was the Chef-Partner at Naansense, a quick-service casual Indian restaurant with locations around Chicago and its suburbs where he was incremental in setting up all Back of House operations.
Upon the sale of the company, he co-founded Lone Hospitality; a hospitality consultancy group, which gave him the opportunity to consult for restaurants and hotels across North America- notably setting up operations for a wedding event group in San Miguel de Allende and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This is where he fine-tuned his proficiency in large scale catering operations.
