Back by popular demand, our SALAD MAKING class returns with co-owner, Aaron Porter. A two‑hour culinary immersion designed to highlight local ingredients. The class begins with a guided demonstration, followed by an intimate, hands‑on assembly where you’ll craft your salad with care and intention.

As a parting gift, you’ll take home a bundle of fresh herbs from Heirloom Organics along with a recipe card, inviting you to recreate the dressing in your own kitchen and continue the experience long after the class ends.

Concludes with a salad for lunch with your included beverage.
