About the event
Learn how to make three salsas (tatemado, verde cruda, sikil pak) and guiso from scratch with Adriana. A guiso (fried salsa) may be used to make chilaquiles, enchiladas, or braising your favorite meat! You will leave with your own unique salsa (24oz jar) to make chilaquiles at home. Light lunch and beverage included!
