Tamal-making Class

Join us for a hands-on cooking class continuing Mexico's tradition of a tamalada after de Día de Reyes.

Class will include a welcome drink (beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage), followed by a guided class mastering the techniques of two types of tamales: one style in corn husks and other using banana leaves.

Class will conclude with lunch (vegetarian tamales). Each student will take a half-dozen prepared tamales to steam at home.
