Traditional Tule furniture, made through a complex process that requires complete mastery of an endangered manufacturing technique. Tule is a water plant that is found in lakes in different parts of the world; for these pieces in particular, it is collected around the Valley of Mexico. 
All the pieces are hand-woven using pre-hispanic techniques, no machinery used by master Don Lauro in the Estado de Mexico. Incredible workmanship and know-how passed down through generations and generations.
